Policy

A $40 deposit fee is required upon booking. This fee will hold your appt and is credited towards your service.

Time is essential. Please contact me if you’re running late. You will receive a gracious 10 mins. After 10mins a $20 late fee will be applied to your service. After 20 mins your appt will be cancelled and rebooking is required.

Please reschedule if sick. Contact me 24hrs before scheduled appt. to reschedule. You have 30 days from original appt to use one-time rescheduling. After that, a new booking is required. Failure to contact me 24hrs prior will result to deposit being lost.

Cancellations MUST be made 48hrs before scheduled appt. Failure to do so will result to deposit being lost. No call/no shows will results to deposit being lost and restricted from booking.
